Roasted for espresso, this coffee from Ture Waji at Sookoo Coffee in Guji, Ethiopia, is an anaerobic natural-processed lot grown at 2,173 meters. The cherries undergo a controlled fermentation process before being dried on raised beds, enhancing their sweetness and complexity. The result is a vibrant, juicy espresso with rich notes of berry compote, strawberry juice, and a delicate white sugar finish.
