Tim Wendelboe – Gachatha

Tasting Notes: Blackcurrants, Blackberries, Raisins. Several smallholders grew this traditional lot for the Gachatha wet mill in Nyeri. A crisp washed process showcases classic SL-driven sugars, resulting in an intensely fruity, clean cup loaded with notes of blackcurrants and blackberries.
