This bold single-origin coffee from Camila Topke’s Finca Santa Margarita in Acatenango, Guatemala, is produced on a farm largely operated by women and rooted in environmental sustainability. This washed coffee, a blend of Caturra, Sarchimor, Catimor, and Geisha varieties, is dried on patios and raised beds, delivering a rich, old-school profile with notes of molasses, dark chocolate, and walnuts.
