Kaffeelix – Inza Regional Espresso

Tasting Notes: Blackcurrant, Blood Orange, Apple, Cantaloupe. This washed Field Blend from the Inzá community in Cauca, Colombia, is expertly roasted for espresso to highlight its high-altitude complexity. Supported by the Asorcafe Association, these beans are grown at over 2,000 meters and undergo a precise 20-40 hour fermentation. The result is a bright and sophisticated shot featuring intense notes of blackcurrant and blood orange, balanced by the sweetness of crisp apple and cantaloupe.
